You can make your guestbook look however you want by writing a CSS stylesheet for it. To begin with, however, you may want to use one of these pre-written stylesheets, either as a basis for your own or until you can write your own:
In your guestbook admin area there is an example of how to link a stylesheet to your guestbook. To use one of these example
